Amendment #147 to H4790

New Bedford Justice Center Study

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1102-2022, in line 113, by inserting after the word “court” the following: 

“provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a feasibility study and for planning and design of the New Bedford Justice Center in downtown New Bedford”
