City Mills Dam Norfolk

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1102-2023, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $8,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Norfolk for the project to replace the City Mills Dam and Bridge”
