Better Living Center Improvements

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 0640-0307, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“Provided further that not less than $6,000,000 shall be expended for the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield for improvements to the Better Living Center for the purpose of attracting and retaining large-scale exhibition, agricultural, cultural, and educational events that create substantial economic activity and visitation in Western Massachusetts”
