Efficiency and Accessibility Improvements to Greenfield City Hall

Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1100-2515, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for efficiency and accessibility improvements to Greenfield City Hall"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$100,500,000".
