Amendment #217 to H4790

NorthStar Learning Center of New Bedford

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 7009-2008, in line 177, by inserting after the word “employment” the following: 

“provided further, that not less than $1,000,00 shall be expended for the NorthStar Learning Center in the city of New Bedford for capital construction of its new early childhood education and community center to provide for economically disadvantaged children and minorities”
