Amendment #218 to H4790

Middleton Public Facilities Project

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 8000-2028, by inserting after the word "project" in line 92 the following:-

"; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the costs associated with the Middleton Public Facilities Project on Route 114 in the Town of Middleton" and by striking the figure "$530,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "$531,000,000".
