Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line number 92, in line item 8000-2028, by inserting after the words “completion of a project” the words “provided further that no less than $1,000,000 shall be allocated to the City of Pittsfield for the design, engineering, and construction of a new, ADA complaint, Pittsfield Police Station.”
