Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 7009-2008, in line 177, by inserting after "employment” the following: provided further that not less than $5,000,000 be expended to the Town of Amherst for the construction of an elementary school in accordance with the Town's net zero bylaw"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$105,000,000"
