Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0307, in line 15, by inserting after the word “facility” the words “provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the city of Malden for renovations of the Malden Center for Arts & Culture.”
