Amendment #37 to H4790

Wayland Route 27 Fire Station

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-2028 by inserting after "completion of a project" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $12,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Wayland for the construction of a new fire station on Route 27 to replace the current aging building."; and in said item by striking out the figure "$530,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$542,000,000”.
