Police, Fire & Ambulance Public Safety Building in the Town of Lenox

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-2028, in line 10, by inserting after the word "project" the following: “, provided further that not less than $7,500,000 shall be expended for the construction of a Police, Fire & Ambulance Public Safety building in the town of Lenox”;
