Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill In section 2, in item 4000-2028, by adding the following:- "provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Medical OnSite Academy for facilities to accommodate provision of treatment beds for medical personnel affected by PTSD."
