Technical Change to Section 13 of Chapter 94G

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill, as amended, moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

SECTION X. Section 13 of chapter 94G is hereby amended by striking the term “section 8” in subsections (a), (b) and (e) and replacing in place thereof the following term:-

"section 7"
