Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill, as amended, Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend amendment 12 by striking out the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 9 the following section:-

SECTION 9A. Said section 4 of said chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the word “marijuana”, in lines 347 and 357, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:- cannabis.
