Tobacco Prevention at Social Consumption Establishments

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill, as amended, moves to amend the bill by striking sections 13 and 14 in their entirety and by inserting in place thereof the following new section:-

“Section XX. Subsection (c) of Section 13 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word prohibited, ‘except for licensed marijuana social consumption establishments.’”
