Streamlining Documentation Requirement

Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 7, lines 110 to 115, inclusive, by striking the following: “Any cost imposed upon a host community by the operation of a marijuana establishment or medical marijuana treatment center shall be documented by the host community and transmitted to the licensee not later than 1 month after the date of the annual renewal of a final license to operate the marijuana establishment or medical marijuana treatment center and shall be a public record as defined by clause Twenty-sixth of section 7 of chapter 4 and chapter 66.”
