Host Community Agreements

Ms. Blais of Sunderland moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 7, in line 126, by inserting after the word “renewal” the words “; provided, however, any host community agreement in effect prior to the effective date of this act shall not be subject to commission review throughout the initial term of such agreement.”
