HWM Technical Amendment

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill, in section 15, by inserting after the word “distribute”, in line 260, the following words:- based on an amount of marijuana.

And further moves to amend the bill, in said section 15, by striking out lines 264 to 266, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(b) Prior to entering an order on a petition for expungement pursuant to subsection (a), the court shall hold a hearing if requested by the petitioner or the district attorney. Upon entering an order on a petition for expungement pursuant to subsection (a), the court shall enter written findings of fact.
