Demographic Representation in Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund Recipients

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 11, in line 187, by inserting after the word “applicants.” the words “The recipients of said grants and loans shall be proportionately representative of the racial, ethnic and gender demographics of the municipality in which the recipient businesses are located.”.
