Amendment #2 to H4793

Further Amendment

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill to concur with the Senate in its amendment of House, No. 4793 with a further amendment by inserting after the word “state”, in line 11, the first time that it appears, the following words: “primary and”;

and by inserting after the word “state”, in line 21, the following words: “primary and”;

and by inserting after the words “ballots for”, in line 34, the following words: “federal or”;

and by adding the following section:

“SECTION 6. This act shall take effect on January 1, 2023.”.
