Amendment #41 to H4879

Utilization of Psychologists on Healthcare Team

Ms. Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX: Section 80B of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "dentists;" in line 13 the following:- psychologists practicing within their scope of practice as defined in section 118 of chapter 112;
