Amendment #50 to H4879

Telehealth Reimbursement Parity Extension

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. (a) Section 76 of chapter 260 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by deleting the words “Sections 63 and 69 are” and inserting in place thereof the words “Section 63 is.”

(b) Chapter 260 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby amended by inserting the following new sections:

SECTION 80. Section 69 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 81. Section 80 shall take effect December 31, 2024.”
