Partnership with One Can Help

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section SECTION 39, section 1 (iv) by inserting after the words “crisis stabilization services.”:

“(v) address the social determinants of health; (vi) provided further that state funding goes to One Can Help to provide the missing devices or other resources that underserved children and families involved with DCF or the juvenile court need to access online therapeutic supports or to otherwise reduce stress impacted by poverty.”
