Amendment #101 to H4897

Southeast Expressway Breakdown Lane Study

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall be directed to review the feasibility of extending the use of the Southeast Expressway breakdown lane during the months of May through September to alleviate traffic to and from Cape Cod; and shall implement, or report back such findings to the Legislature, no later than August 1, 2022.
