Ms. Belsito of Topsfield moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2J, in item 2000-2031, by inserting after the words "Public Law No. 117-58", the words "; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations in the Town of Manchester-By-The-Sea"
