Representatives Haggerty of Woburn and Ciccolo of Lexington move to amend the bill in section 2a, in line 6121-2257, by adding at the end thereof the following “provider further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended for noise abatement along Interstate 95 and Route 93 in the City of Woburn"
