Reauthorizing Southern Berkshire Tourist Excursion Services on the Berkshire Scenic Railway

Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill Moves to amend the bill in section 2D, in item 6621-2208, by inserting after “117-58” the following: provided further, that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall reauthorize tourist excursion services on the Berkshire Scenic Railway in Southern Berkshire County.
