Framingham Downtown Parking Garage

Representatives Robinson of Framingham and Lewis of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 6720-2217, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $8,000,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of a parking garage in downtown Framingham.”
