Energy Efficiency in Massachusetts Commercial Fisheries

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2I, after item 2000-2030 by adding the following item:-

"xxxx-xxxx For the purpose of a program to provide grants and zero-interest loans to upgrade commercial fishing industry equipment to improve energy efficiency ........... $250,000,000"
