Amendment #203 to H4897

GLX Phase II

Representatives Barber of Somerville and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill by inserting after SECTION 32 the following section:

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, MassDOT shall conduct an environmental impact review for GLX Phase II to be completed by December 31, 2022".
