Lynn Parking Technology Upgrades

Representatives Capano of Lynn and Cahill of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 6720-2258, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for parking enforcement technology upgrades in the city of Lynn”.
