Amendment #24 to H4897

Greenway Bicycle and Pedestrian Path

Representatives Pease of Westfield and Sabadosa of Northampton move to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 6121-2228, by adding after the words “pavement improvement program” the following:-

"; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Southampton for the purpose of improving and acquiring land for the Greenway Bicycle and Pedestrian Path"
