Island End River

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2J, in item 2000-2031, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $16,700,000 shall be expended for the Island End River, in the City of Everett and the City of Chelsea, for infrastructure improvements and protection from coastal storms and seal level rise.”
