Randolph Public Bike Repair and Work Stands

Mr. Driscoll of Milton moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 6720-2217, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the town of Randolph for the installation and maintenance of public bicycle repair and work stands”.
