Charlestown Harbor Walk

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 6720-2217, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the harbor walk in the Charlestown section of the City of Boston for infrastructure improvements relative to bike and pedestrian paths."
