Bike parking safety covering

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2B, in item 6921-2110, by adding after the words "support such services" the following:-

"provided further that not less than $25,000 be expended to the Allston-Brighton Bicycle Grant Program for bike parking safety coverings to promote active transportation and for traffic calming measures."
