Amendment #299 to H4897

Stoneham MBTA Stop

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill  in line 115 in section 2d by adding after the word "project;" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the Town of Stoneham for safety improvements and the planning, design and construction of Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority bus stop and mass transit locations in the Town of Stoneham," and, further, in said item by striking in line 132 the figure "$1,375,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$1,375,500,000"
