Worcester Sound Barrier

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill bill in Section 2A, in item 6121-2257, by adding at the end thereof the following:- ; provided further than not less than $75,000 shall be expended for a sound barrier heading east between Burncoat Street to Lincoln Street in Worcester.
