Restoring Worcester-Providence passenger rail service

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 6621-2217, by adding the following: “provided that $1,000,000 shall be expended for a study of potential options for restoring passenger rail service between the City of Worcester and Providence, RI;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$82,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$83,000,000”.
