Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 6121-2257, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the engineering, construction, replacement, or maintenance of dams, bridges, culverts, sewers, and other storm water infrastructure in the Town of Sutton," and in said item by striking out the figures "$85,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$87,000,000
