Blackstone Canal Street Bridge Multimodal & Safety Improvements

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6720-2217, by inserting after the word “investments” the following words: - 

“provided further, that not less than $850,000 shall be expended for upgrades to the Canal St. bridge to prevent flooding and enhance access for pedestrians, motorists, and public works/utility vehicles"
