MOR-EV Tax Credit Increase

Mr. Oliveira of Ludlow moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“Section XX: The Department of Energy Resources' Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electric Vehicles (MOR-EV) program shall be amended to support support qualifying battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) up to a $75,000 final purchase, rather than the previous $50,000.”
