MBTA Accountability

Representatives Barber of Somerville and Livingstone of Boston move to amend the bill by inserting after SECTION 32 the following section: “SECTION XX. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall within one week of the passage of this Act and biweekly thereafter file a report to the chairs of the Joint Committee on Transportation and make the report publicly accessible for all unfilled jobs by job titles, all the job positions filled in the prior two weeks, and the length of time needed for the completion of any required training after someone has been hired and prior to the date in which they can start the role in the capacity for which they were hired.”
