MA MOR-EV truck program

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 21, in line 223, by adding at the end thereof the following - "; that not less than $ 15,000,000  be expended by and under the jurisdiction of the department of energy resources for the Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electronic Vehicles truck grant program to support medium and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicle charging and fueling infrastructure projects and  the purchase of vehicles, including those registered through the International Registration Plan with certain Massachusetts operational requirements to be determined by the department of energy resources" ;
