Route 31 Spencer

Representatives Berthiaume of Spencer and Durant of Spencer move to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2257, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

"; provided further that not less than $7,000,000 shall be expended for full depth reclaim and resurfacing of Route 31 in Spencer."
