Amendment #5 to H4897

South Attleboro Commuter Rail Project

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 2H the following section:

"The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority shall expend funds in the amount of $65,000,000 to complete construction and upgrades to South Attleboro Commuter Rail Station ensuring the complete reopening of the station for commuter rail and commuter service".
