Interstate Noise Abatement in Newton Lower Falls

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2257, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

"provider further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for noise abatement along Interstate 95 in Newton Lower Falls"
