Representatives Cahill of Lynn and Capano of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2257, in line 48, by inserting after the word “item” the following: “;provided that not less than not less than $1,200,000 be expended for roadway safety improvements and upgrades to existing traffic signal equipment on Broad Street in the City of Lynn”; and in said item by striking out the figures $85,000,000 and inserting in place thereof the figures “$86,200,000”
