Albany Street Garage Modernization

Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill Representative Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2D, in item 6621-2208 in line 113, by inserting after the words "pilot services" the following:-

"Provided further, that no less than $20,000,000 shall be expended related to the electrification and modernization of the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority Albany Street Garage."
