relative to funding certain nonprofits

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by adding at the end they're of the following new section,;

Section XX;

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state funds may be made available to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, or to any of its affiliates.
